100 days of Devops Course - FullStackDevOps.eu

We were promised that technology would make us more independent, we could do things faster, and many promises from the past 100 years. But somehow we ended up as “Digital renters.” We rent our servers, we rent our databases, and we even rent the tools we use to write our notes.

Now, with the sudden explosion of AI complexity, the problem has finally come into focus. We aren’t building systems anymore; we’re just wiring together expensive black boxes. We’ve traded understanding for convenience, and it’s costing us a fortune in both money and soul.

I’m done with “Cloud Fatigue.”

I’m starting a new project called fullstackdevops.eu . It’s a 100-day challenge, a way of doing DevOps that puts the power back into the hands of the engineer. No bloated managed services, no “magic” clouds, and no unnecessary layers.

Just pure, pragmatic engineering on hardware we own and software we control. We’ll get the big 3 cloud providers and see how they work

I’m documenting the entire journey. It’s not a polished corporate course; it’s a raw look at how a senior engineer builds a stable, low-cost infrastructure from the ground up. Helping experienced and wannabe DevOps and developers take back control.

Start the journey with me here:

Stop renting, start owning & understanding how things really work.
